We will be delivering 5* Ski Hire – Socially distanced. Delivered. Supported. Collected.

In all resorts… No queuing, no walking, no shops.

But first…

We want to take a moment to say thank you… despite the disappointment for some of having a holiday curtailed on arrival day and for others of having hopes of March/April snow dashed… you have been AMAZING.

As resorts closed we announced that we would credit anyone with an outstanding hire, and that if you didn’t use that credit within 18 months we would then refund the unused part.

Over 99% of you accepted sending us lovely messages of support. We have helped some of you with insurance claims, keeping the door open on credit notes in case claims were rejected for any reason.

We know it has taken a while to respond to you in some cases – we have been a little outnumbered and despite this you have all been and in some cases are being super patient!

Second and saving the best until last…

We have been delighted to start receiving requests to use credits because you have booked your holiday for 20/21! Totally made our summer!

Season 20/21:

  1. We will be offering contact free deliveries as an option.
  2. The team will be kitted out with PPE.
  3. Each piece of equipment will be sprayed each time it enters and leaves the workshop to minimise any touch points.
  4. We will only process card payment on arrival in resort. This means that we will capture card details when you book but we will not take a penny/centime or dollar until you have arrived in resort and been fitted.
  5. We will be amending our cancelation policy to ensure that if you do you not travel your card will not be charged at all – no admin charges or penalties.
