Our ski techs travel with a wide range of boots for various types of foot shapes and sizes and they will happily talk to you for ages while you try on all the pairs we stock, and if you decide the first pair were perfect after all, then that’s fine too.

Tell your host or SMS us on + 447860025781 we will meet you at the base station chairlift in your resort, so you don’t have to go back to your place or even down as far as the ski shops!
No problem – there is no charge for changing equipment [unless you upgrade of course]. Just let us know and we will meet you at your place.
No, simply ride on back to your catered chalet or apartment and we will come and pick them up. You do need to sign for collection to avoid any charges and we aim to be with you between 18:00 and 20:00. If you need to make any special arrangements just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
We provide insurance for damage, loss or theft – it costs about £1 a day and we strongly recommend it. In most cases your travel insurance policy will cover you for damage, loss or theft, however we will have to charge you in resort for the cost of the boots, skis or board and you can then claim it back when you return home. It is also worth checking the cost of your excess and the limit on how much your policy will pay out for rental equipment.

Yes, its important that you are around when we arrive to collect your gear. You sign to say the equipment is no longer your responsibility and you get to say goodbye too.
Our Booking Process
We have designed our virtual ski tech ordering system to help take the hassle out of the hiring process, whilst providing you with lots of information to help you make the right choice.
We deliver and fit in the Paradiski resorts of Les Arcs and La Plagne, the Espace Killy resorts of Tignes and Val D’Isere, Ste. Foy and La Rosiere. If you are staying in another resort nearby and would like to use our service email us here and we will see if we can help.
In order to give you our best price we need to find out a bit about where and when you are staying. So first simply add the dates and location in the Booking Summary panel.
Tell us about you – Your name and your gender.
Choose whether you are skiing or snowboarding.
The packages available are now displayed and listed in level order, find the one that describes what you like to do.
The boots are pre-included so check the box if you do not need them. If you need a helmet and insurance (recommended as your holiday insurance may not cover the full price of the equipment if it gets lost or stolen) then check these boxes to include them.
If you wish to change the ski then click ‘Choose a different ski’ and select from the new list displayed.
More About You
In order to set up your equipment in the workshop we then need your height, weight and shoe size, now we’re almost done.
If the booking is for one person you can head to the checkout. If it is a group booking you can add them to your booking now. Alternatively if you don’t have all their details to hand, they can fill in a separate booking and we will ensure that all orders with the same accommodation and arrival day are grouped together so that you will be fitted at the same time.
That’s it – we will sms you before your journey to give you an eta and see you when you arrive. In the meantime we will send a confirmation email and you can log in and view your order under the account section.
