We may also use the personal contact information you have provided to notify you to changes of service or cancellations by us and to ask for your views to improve what we offer. We never pass your details onto a third party unless required to by law e.g. in criminal proceedings.
If you sign up to our newsletter, your email address and name(s) given will be passed to our mailing provider, Mailchimp Inc who are GDPR compliant, in order for us to send you news as described in our sign up form(s).
We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and we send billing information to those third parties to process your orders and credit card payments.
Staying in Touch
You always have the right to unsubscribe and be removed from our records. This option will be at the bottom of every email we send.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
If a security breach causes an unauthorised intrusion into our system that materially affects you, we will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.
Access & Retention of Data
